The Role

• Assist store management in daily operations and achieving sales targets
• Train and develop a successful sales team, providing coaching and feedback
• Supervise store operations and loss prevention in management's absence
• Ensure a fun, full-service customer experience and effectively resolve customer issues
• Uphold company policies and standards with integrity and passion
• Drive store and personal sales goals while embodying the company culture

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work nights and weekends, and stand for long periods
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various store tasks
