Resort Supervisor

Urbana Country Club is seeking a motivated, service-focused Resort Supervisor to join our luxurious Resort team. At least 1+ year of experience in Hotels

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills

Demonstrated leadership ability or interest in taking on a lead role

Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to hospitality

Effective listening abilities with strong judgement skills

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards

$18/hour, paid biweekly
