Compliance Assurance, Pensions - Hays

A long established and stable pension provider seeks a compliance assurance professional to take the lead on delivering thematic reviews. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, taking full responsibility for reviews from their planning through to delivery and final report. The job holder will need to work closely with key stakeholders across the business, maintaining relationships throughout the process, offering you real visibility. Candidates are sought with at least five years' experience conducting thematic reviews in the context of pension products including DB and DC, be that gained in asset/wealth management or a direct provider of life and retirement products. Working knowledge of the pensions regulator's code of practice is ideal, though FCA is also acceptable.
