The Role

• Develop innovative formulations for inhalative preparations, from lab to production scale.
• Manufacture inhalation powders in a GMP environment and conduct pre-formulation lab work.
• Validate and optimize manufacturing processes and internal workflows, including documentation.
• Initiate and monitor stability testing programs.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Independently plan and execute experimental trials.
• Interpret data and perform graphical and statistical analysis of results.
• Support the administration of equipment and facilities, including cleanroom areas.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge and keen interest in pharmaceutical technology.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• A structured work approach with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
