Data Platform, Analytics & Governance Supervisor – Financial Services

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Platform, Analytics & Governance Supervisor to support complex data and risk initiatives within Financial Services and Global Banking environments. This role will focus on improving enterprise data quality, governance, regulatory reporting, and risk decision-making through scalable data, analytics, and business rules solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, data quality rules, and control frameworks.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and issue remediation across complex data environments.
• Support data lineage, metadata management, and data governance initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using modern visualization tools.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Support risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit-related data initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, documentation, implementation, and production activities.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, data governance, or related consulting roles.
• Experience within Financial Services or Banking, ideally supporting risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, or enterprise data initiatives.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics/visualization tools.
• Strong communication, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms.
• Knowledge of BCBS 239, risk data aggregation, regulatory reporting, AML, or enterprise risk programs.
• Experience with modern cloud/data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
