Senior Power Platform Developer (D365 / Azure) - Washington DC (100% onsite) - In-person interview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

• Develop and maintain Dataverse plug-ins and custom APIs using C# and .NET.

• Build PCF controls and client-side extensions using TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Design and implement complex Power Fx solutions.

• Develop and support Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

• Own Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.

• Manage Power Platform solution ALM across Dev, Test, UAT, Training, and Production environments.

• Establish and maintain effective branching, versioning, and release strategies.

• Serve as the primary pull request reviewer and merge authority, ensuring code quality and adherence to security, performance, and development standards.

• Lead production defect triage, root-cause analysis, monitoring, and resolution.

• Provide technical ownership and support for six external portals and their integrations.

• Collaborate directly with social workers, agency partners, and business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Support and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution through production deployment.

• Promote development best practices, engineering standards, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
