Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and SQL based on technical design specifications.
2. Design and implement integrations using service buses and message brokers such as Apache Kafka to support asynchronous and distributed application communication.
3. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, ADO, Git, and test-driven development practices.
4. Collaborate with development and project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	2+ years of experience in software development with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, web APIs, databases, and distributed application technologies.
Technical Skills	C#, JavaScript, SQL, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, AWS, MS SQL Server
Business / Domain Skills	Software Development, API Integration, Distributed Systems, Asynchronous Messaging, Agile/Scrum, Test-Driven Development
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Docker, Git, ADO, and automated software testing practices.
2. Experience developing scalable applications in cloud-based and distributed environments.
