The ideal candidate brings a combination of business analysis, SQL/data analysis, Salesforce, and Child Support Services domain knowledge. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a long-term position based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Child Support Services program stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and data teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
Experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst or supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Experience working within Child Support Services/Child Support Enforcement programs or systems.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
Experience working collaboratively with business users, developers, QA teams, data teams, and other technical stakeholders.

They understand how child support programs operate while also being comfortable working directly with data, SQL, Salesforce, and technical delivery teams. They should be able to move between business conversations and detailed system/data analysis and ultimately grow into a long-term member of the organization.
