Partnering Support Officer - Beeston, NG9 1LA

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced individual to work in our East Midlands Regional Property Team. You will provide support to the Regional Repair Managers, Disrepair Manager, and Property Surveyors, helping contact customers, liaise with contractors, update business systems and ensure great record keeping is in place. This is a role within a responsive repairs environment and the ideal candidate will be used to working in a housing, repairs, or similar environment where organisation is key. What were looking forAn excellent communicator, your experience and a relevant track record are an absolute requirement with demonstrable use of spreadsheets, IT systems and other generic software.A natural curiosity for resolving problems and genuine passion for helping our customers.Commercial awareness and ability to interpret and follow businesses processes.Strong attention to detail, including identifying potential problems and good record keeping ensuring we document compliance with relevant legislation. Duties will include but will not be limited to the followingWorking with contractors and residents on responsive repairs (including Awaabs Law), ensuring clear communication with all parties when booking and confirming appointments.Leading on keeping systems and records up to date and to control the data input to ensure accuracy.Supporting repairs and service delivery teams in effectively managing works, diaries, and cases.Proactively assisting the team with general administration or telephone duties, ensuring all internal processes are followed through to completion, and an excellent customer service is provided to all customers and stakeholders.
