DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer - Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX - Contract - $60-65 Per HR

This role is for a DevOps Engineer in a hybrid setting, requiring three days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ, or Plano, TX. The position is a contract opportunity available on a W2 or C2C basis. The engineer will be responsible for managing and automating key DevOps and application tasks using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Review application server configurations to ensure CI/CD prerequisites are met.
• Respond to information requests and alerts related to CI/CD services.
• Address risk or audit issues with access control processes.
• Develop solutions for network automation and cloud IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of software development experience in multiple frontend and backend languages.
• Skilled in network automation and cloud IT solutions, including API development.
• Knowledge of distributed software architectures and modeling languages.
• Understanding of IT standards, controls, and application security development.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and automated software testing.
