Associate Technical Director, Urban Development & Projects

Poutrix is seeking an Associate Technical Director to lead delivery in our Urban Development business in Melbourne. You will guide projects primarily in the industrial market sector while also contributing to future growth and maintaining established client relationships.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in the Australian land development market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to foster new business opportunities. A relevant engineering degree and Chartered status are essential.
