• Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. 
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting skills, and ownership of delivery outcomes. 
• Ability to confidently represent engineering teams in front of customer stakeholders.

Role Expectations:

• Lead end-to-end Databricks implementations, including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture. 
• Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions. 
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. 
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while working directly with customers. 
• Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
