Role Overview

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to help own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offer and close. You'll hire across software, hardware, research, sales, engineering, and operations. You’ll also help build the processes and systems that let us scale hiring, collaborating closely with teams cross-functionally to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer, and close.

• Run a high volume of searches at once across software, hardware, research, sales, engineering, and other roles.

• Source and engage top candidates through outreach, referrals, events, and recruiting platforms.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring decisions, and drive next steps in the interview process.

• Deliver a strong candidate experience, including scheduling, communication, and feedback.

• Improve our recruiting processes and systems, including our applicant tracking system, interview workflows, requisition hygiene, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Startup recruiting experience, including wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close.

• Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of functions, including software, hardware, research, sales, and operations roles.

• Ability to operate with little guidance, make decisions independently, and keep multiple priorities moving.

• Comfort running high-volume hiring across many roles and candidates at once.

• Experience improving recruiting processes and systems.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.

Nice to Haves

• Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or semiconductor roles.

• Experience with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system, and with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• $100K/yr – $200K/yr base salary + equity. Open to above-scale compensation for exceptional candidates.
