Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – North London – up to £48,000 - Healthcare CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading healthcare portfolio in North London. This site is a modern, state-of-the-art facility with multiple specialist areas and cutting-edge equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment, maintain complex electrical systems, and gain experience across a variety of high-tech facilities Key duties &amp; responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems.<br />Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, switch gear, transformers, and circuit breakers.<br />reporting to your line manager with any issues.<br />escorting sub-contractors around the site Maintain and test emergency power systems, including generators, UPS units, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).<br />Respond promptly to electrical faults that impact critical areas such as operating rooms, ICU, and labs.<br />Reactive works on air handling units, fan coil units.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, outages, and repairs.<br />Ensure all electrical installations comply with hospital policies, national electrical codes, and health care facility regulations.<br />Package:

Up to £48,000<br />25 days holiday + Bank holidays<br />Overtime No call out<br />Further training Career ProgressionRequirements:
