Residential In-Home Sales Consultant - Roofing & Remodeling

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess roofing and remodeling needs
• Deliver professional, solution-focused sales presentations using company tools and materials
• Qualify leads, develop proposals, and clearly explain product options, pricing, and financing
• Close sales and guide customers through contracts and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system
• Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
• Attend sales meetings, training, and ride-alongs to continuously improve performance
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in an assigned territory
