Job Description

Collinwood is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a top transformer manufacturing client. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and implementing ERP (Infor) capabilities for manufacturing facilities ahead of a larger enterprise ERP migration initiative. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, partnering closely with technical experts to build project plans, facilitate implementation activities, manage integrations, and drive execution from planning through deployment. This person will work within the current ERP environment while helping position the organization for a future transition to Infor ERP. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and manufacturing industry experience, with a focus on delivering business-critical initiatives that support operational growth, efficiency, and long-term strategic objectives.
What you will do:
  • Lead planning and execution of a new manufacturing site ERP implementation in Arizona
  • Co-author project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables alongside ERP subject matter experts
  • Establish and configure a new business entity/site within the existing ERP environment
  • Coordinate integration of manufacturing, warehousing, financial, engineering, and CPQ systems
  • Manage project governance, reporting, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and escalations
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate collaboration across IT, PMO, engineering, manufacturing, and business teams
  • Drive stakeholder communication with leadership and executive teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks impacting timelines and business objectives
  • Support future migration efforts from Friedman Frontier ERP to Infor ERP
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT processes, policies, and standards
  • Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent Project/Program Management certification
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
  • IT Program Management experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Friedman Frontier, Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehousing, engineering, and financial business functions
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies
  • Strong program governance, reporting, KPI, and performance management experience
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Hands-on ERP project implementation experience
  • Experience facilitating project plans, schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred, especially environments with operational complexity
Would be nice if you had:
  • Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with CPQ and engineering system integrations
  • Experience standing up new sites/plants within ERP environments
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership skills
  • Experience managing complex multi-project portfolios
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and related PM tools
  • Experience driving PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
