The Role

• Engage with customers inside a leading national home improvement store to discuss heating, cooling, air quality, and energy conservation solutions.
• Generate leads for in-home consultations and promote home performance tune-ups.
• Represent the brand professionally and build rapport with potential clients.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams.
• Receive comprehensive training to excel in customer engagement and lead generation.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work independently and approach customers in a retail setting.

• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and some holidays, with typical hours between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
