AWS Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of on-premise to AWS cloud migrations across multiple migration waves
Coordinate application, infrastructure, security, network, data, and vendor teams throughout migration activities
Manage RAID items, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Manage change control and provide executive reporting on migration progress and status
Partner with architects and engineers to ensure AWS landing zone readiness, including accounts, IAM, networking, security, logging, and monitoring
Validate environment readiness prior to migration and cutover
Plan and execute migration cutovers, rehearsals, go/no-go decisions, and rollback strategies
Lead post-migration hypercare activities and coordinate issue resolution
Support transition of migrated environments to steady-state operations
Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are maintained throughout the migration lifecycle
Required Qualifications
