Job Summary

·        We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Asset Management domain expertise to lead and deliver asset management-related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions.

·        The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects across sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation.

·        The Program Manager will coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services experience are essential.

·        Functional / Domain Skills – Asset Management

·        Strong understanding of Asset Management business processes across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.

·        Knowledge of investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, etc.

·        Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes.

·        NAV calculation, fund accounting, and attribution.

·        Regulatory and compliance knowledge including SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, and ESG reporting.

·        Knowledge of Asset Management platforms and data, including:

·        Order Management Systems

·        Market Data

·        Reference Data

·        Domain experience in Asset Management and Sales & Distribution.

·        Understanding of market data, portfolios, and investment products.

·        Experience with Intermediary and Institutional businesses within Asset Management.

Technical Skills

·        AWS Cloud and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

·        Scanning and code-quality tools such as Veracode, SonarQube, and X-ray.

·        Understanding of data-loading pipelines using ETL, AWS Glue, and Snowflake.

·        Project and task management using JIRA and Confluence.

·        Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

·        Ability to perform the role of Scrum Master when required.

·        Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to drive project delivery.

·        Manage relationships with business teams and end clients.

·        Build strong working relationships across project teams.

·        Coordinate onsite/offshore teams and ensure effective delivery.

·        Track project and task status and provide regular reporting.

·        Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to management.

·        Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and project timelines.
