Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Requirements & Process Management:

- Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements

- Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains

- Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments

- Ensure process requirements align with business objectives and transformation goals

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership

- Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams

- Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders

- Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs

- Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives

- Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments

- Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders

- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to influence without authority and work across global teams

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments
