What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a nurse or healthcare assistant (w/m/d) with at least 2 years of professional experience. • Solid professional experience within the healthcare sector. • Ability to implement the requirements of the QM system according to §113 SGB XI. • Willingness to stay continuously updated on relevant knowledge. • Team-oriented individual with a constructive and cooperative approach to conflict resolution.
