The Role

• Implement individual and activating care for residents.
• Execute and plan care documentation and strategies.
• Ensure accurate implementation, planning, documentation, review, and continuous enhancement of legal and quality assurance requirements for medical devices.
• Conduct regular facility inspections.
• Participate in initial training sessions for new medical devices provided by manufacturers.
• Maintain equipment documentation and oversee device commissioning.
• Provide training and practical guidance to staff on medical device usage.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or healthcare assistant (w/m/d) with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Solid professional experience within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to implement the requirements of the QM system according to §113 SGB XI.
• Willingness to stay continuously updated on relevant knowledge.
• Team-oriented individual with a constructive and cooperative approach to conflict resolution.
