(Leitender) Oberarzt/ Facharzt (m/w/d) Kinder- und Jugendpsychosomatik | Düsseldorf, Germany | On-site Join a leading national psychosomatic clinic renowned for its comprehensive care and supportive team environment. We are dedicated to providing specialized therapeutic services for adolescents and adults, making a significant impact on mental health and well-being. The Role • Undertake direct leadership responsibilities for the psychosomatic youth station, with a view to assuming full specialist leadership. • Provide stepwise, supported responsibility for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents. • Represent the chief physician in the role of senior physician and contribute significantly to station development. • Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth. • Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care. What You'll Need • Completed specialist medical training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and specialist therapists. • Experience or strong potential in leadership roles within a clinical setting. • Commitment to providing excellent patient care and contributing to a positive treatment environment.
