Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to help prepare, coordinate, and support promotional events. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing event spaces, displays, and promotional materials
- Organize supplies and resources needed for scheduled activities
- Welcome attendees and provide basic event information
- Help distribute approved promotional materials
- Support customer engagement and event activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable event area
- Coordinate with team members to keep event activities on schedule
- Assist with resolving routine event-related questions
- Help with event breakdown and organizing materials afterward
- Gather attendee feedback and communicate observations to the team

Competitive salary of $52,000 – $58,000 annually
