Solutions Architect – ERP (Finance)

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Solutions Architect - ERP who has significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. The job will be work from home but may require travel to the client site. 

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, Human Resources, Copilot for Finance (“D365”) projects including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.  
• Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution. Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps.  
• Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients.  
• Create deliverable examples for other team members including Design documents for complex customizations and report modifications.  
• Lead Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.  
• Perform Field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.  
• Lead the configuration of dual-write between D365 and Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps where needed 
• Review design documents for customizations, reports for D365, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.  
• Oversee configuration of D365 and Copilot as required.  
• Ensure a high-quality AI-enabled solution by providing leadership for testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.  
• Lead training for D365 and associated systems for clients as well as for other Unify Dots team members.  
• Lead pre-go live cutover and post go live support to clients and manage any issues including escalating to Microsoft for support.  
• Maintain the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification 
• Provide pre-sales support as required for key D365 deals by leveraging AI and writing business scenarios, configuring D365 and associated systems and present a winning demonstration to prospective customers 
• Lead the usage of AI and Copilot in the organization and drive training sessions as well as creation of agents as related to ERP implementations for client environments.  
• Prepare realistic and winnable estimations as well as scope of work and assumptions for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work. 

• Bachelor’s Degree  
• At least 8+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics AX2012R3 Knowledge of D365 Finance - GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Mgmt and PMA is required.  
• Conversational skills in English language.  
• CA or CPA certification would be an added advantage.
