We're hiring for a leading provider of technical services in the energy sector, playing a crucial role in building and modernizing essential energy infrastructure. This organization is at the forefront of empowering the energy transition and contributing to environmental sustainability.

The Role

• Execute new construction and modernization projects for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations up to 380kV in southeastern Germany.
• Commission and test electrical components to ensure the seamless flow of green energy.
• Analyze and resolve faults in protection and control systems, collaborating with expert teams to drive improvements.
• Configure and parameterize high-tech protection and field control devices from leading manufacturers.
• Work with state-of-the-art testing equipment for precise commissioning of digital protection and control technology.
• Contribute to projects for energy transmission, distribution, and grid connection of industrial, wind, and solar parks.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering.
• Proven experience and knowledge in protection/control technology, ideally with independent commissioning of switchgear.
• Familiarity with common communication standards (IEC 60870-5-101/103/104).
• Proficiency in Siemens DIGSI 4/5, Schneider MICOM S1 programming, and OMICROM TestUniverse software is advantageous.
• Strong team player with excellent decision-making, communication, and presentation skills in German.
• A Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (typically Monday-Thursday) within southeastern Germany.
