Tosca Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead end-to-end test automation programs using Tricentis Tosca.

•             Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and End-to-End testing.

•             Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.

•             Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.

•             Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

•             Review and optimize automated test scripts for maintainability and performance.

•             Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

•             Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews.

•             Support release readiness assessments and test metrics reporting.

•             Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales discussions when required.
