• *The Role**
• Support and guide apprentices in their practical nursing education.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Onboard new employees according to the company's established concept.
• Motivate students to pursue internships within the organization.
• Perform and oversee comprehensive patient care, including basic and specialized treatments.
• Manage the planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of individual patient care needs.

• *What You'll Need**
• Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g., state-recognized geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse) with an additional qualification as a Praxisanleiter (Practice Supervisor).
• Preferably, professional experience in your trained nursing field.
• Knowledge of the Generalist Nursing Education curriculum.
• Confidence and assertiveness in your role.
• Ability to clearly explain complex processes.
• Strong alignment with the organization's core values.
• Enthusiasm for open communication and teamwork.
