The Role

• Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services for customers on their driveways or at their workplaces.
• Handle a variety of repairs, servicing, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Independently assess and resolve vehicle issues, making the right decisions for each customer.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Adapt to a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems on the go.
