The Role
- Provide exceptional engineering services across system maintenance, and service delivery for CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Take full ownership of engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and responding to technical call-outs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers, maintaining excellent communication and accurate records for invoicing.
- Support the team by offering expertise when responding to technical faults and working with customers to maintain, optimize, and enhance their systems.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 engineering support.
What You'll Need
- Strong experience in integrated enterprise-level systems including CCTV, Intruder Alarm Systems, Perimeter Detection, Access Control, and Video Intercom Systems.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend.
- Experience with high-end CCTV cameras (e.g., Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging).
- Experience with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (e.g., Galaxy, Texecom).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team; willing to travel and spend time away from home.
