Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Program Manager to lead and manage QA activities for legacy technology modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead QA strategy and execution for modernization initiatives.

·         Manage QA planning, timelines, and deliverables.

·         Work closely with clients and project stakeholders.

·         Ensure effective communication across QA and project teams.

Requirements

·         Strong experience managing QA for legacy-to-modern technology projects.

·         Experience leading large, complex QA programs across multiple teams.

·         Strong knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and testing life cycle.

·         Experience with test planning, risk management, and defect management.

·         Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Strong client-facing experience.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.

·         Experience in Finance, Wealth Management, or Insurance preferred.
