Hybrid Staff Platform Engineer - Identity & IaC Leader

Culture Amp is seeking a Staff Engineer to own the engineering and architecture of our Internal Technology platform, focusing on workforce identity, SaaS tenancy and office network controls. You will build a secure, automated ecosystem and drive architectural integrity across identity and enterprise platforms.

This hands-on role emphasizes IaC, GitHub, Terraform and CI/CD, reducing ClickOps while enabling scalable, compliant infrastructure and company-wide productivity.
