The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of repairs, servicing, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making on-the-spot decisions for customer solutions.
• Represent the company's brand and values with professionalism during every customer interaction.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
