What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse, or equivalent recognized nursing qualification. • Ideally, specialized training or significant experience in intensive care nursing. • Empathy, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. • Team player with the capacity for independent work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. • Driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
