Job Title: Software Developers

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled applications using Python, generative AI, AI agents, and agentic frameworks.
  2. Build LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG, and LLM evaluation approaches.
  3. Develop and integrate REST APIs and scalable cloud-native application components supporting enterprise solutions.
  4. Implement and support AI-powered question-answering and customer interaction solutions within cloud-based environments.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in software development with strong hands-on experience in Python, AWS cloud services, generative AI, LLM orchestration, RAG, API development, and cloud application integration.

Technical Skills

Python, AI Agents, Agentic Frameworks, Generative AI, LLM Orchestration, RAG, LLM Evaluation, REST API, FastAPI, AWS

Business / Domain Skills
  1. Experience supporting State Government enterprise applications and digital services, including citizen-facing programs, agency operations, data exchanges, and complex regulatory and security requirements.
  2. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
  3. Experience supporting government contact center and constituent service environments, including customer interactions, service workflows, inquiry resolution, and integration of digital and assisted-service channels.
  4. Experience working within state government technology delivery environments, collaborating with agency stakeholders, business teams, technical teams, security groups, and vendors to deliver scalable applications and modern digital capabilities.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
