Job Description

Project & Programmes Consultant

Various Locations

£45,000-70,000 DOE

SC Clearance Essential


We're looking to speak with experienced Programme Managers, Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, Agile Delivery Professionals and Transformation Consultants who have a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology and business change within secure, highly regulated environments.


You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of major transformation programmes, helping clients design, mobilise and execute complex initiatives spanning digital transformation, technology implementation, operating model change and organisational reform.

Working alongside senior client stakeholders, technical teams and programme leadership, you'll help ensure programmes are delivered to time, cost and quality while effectively managing risks, dependencies and governance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programmes
  • Drive programme governance, controls, RAID management and reporting
  • Coordinate delivery across business, operational and technical workstreams
  • Contribute to Agile and digital delivery initiatives across complex environments
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery performance
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership
  • Support business development activities including proposals and client growth opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and ways of working


Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance is essential
  • Defence, Security or Justice sector experience
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled programmes, projects or transformation initiatives
  • Strong programme governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities
  • Experience working within Agile, digital or technology delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder programmes
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous
