IT Business Analyst

• We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise technology replacement project. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, document business processes, develop user stories, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and recommend solutions.
• Create business process models, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
• Validate requirements and communicate with business and technical teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support solution implementation.
• Participate in system testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide project support and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Hybrid Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS applications and business process analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare enterprise systems.
