We're hiring on behalf of a public sector organization at the municipal level seeking a qualified Civil Engineer. This is an opportunity for a direct, attractive permanent position with the client.

The Role

Oversight and control of civil engineering projects (new construction, renovation, refurbishment)
Application and processing of subsidies
Budget planning and investment control
Conducting procurement procedures and contract management
Ensuring the maintenance of municipal properties
Providing expert advice to stakeholders on construction and planning law
Preparation of decision-making bases for municipal committees

What You'll Need

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field
Alternatively, relevant professional experience in public construction
Expertise in construction, procurement, and planning law (e.g., VOB, HOAI, BauGB)
Technical understanding and structured working method
User knowledge of common IT systems
Driving license class B
