People Analytics & Insights Specialist

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a People Data & Insights Analyst to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights. You'll work with Workday, HR platforms and a governed data platform to support People & Culture leaders in decision-making.

You will build dashboards, models and reports, collaborating with payroll and data services to improve data quality and governance. Excellent SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills are required, with 90k AUD plus superannuation noted.
