Epic Resolute PB Analyst

Remote - (Travel: As needed for go-lives) - The client is based on West Coast hence they prefer someone there.

We are seeking experienced Epic PB Solutions Analysts to support a fast-paced Epic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims experience, hands-on build expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims build, maintenance, testing, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues

Develop, test, document, and deploy applicationEpic Resolute PB Analyst

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users
• Support implementations, Go-Lives, and system enhancements
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement

Requirements

• Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency required
• Both PB and PB Claims highly preferred
• 5+ years of Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims analyst experience
• Ideally 3+ years of hands-on Epic PB build experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

 Preferred

• FQHC/community health experience
• Experience supporting large or complex Epic environments
• Epic implementation, Go-Live, or installation experience
