The Role

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in a leading psychosomatic and psychiatric hospital.
• Supervise therapeutic interventions and contribute to the training and development of medical and psychological staff.
• Participate in the development and refinement of therapeutic concepts and internal processes.
• Engage in scientific work and present at national and international conferences.
• Take on organizational responsibilities within the department.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in behavioral therapy.
• A passion for conceptual work and the advancement of treatment strategies.
• Strong collaborative skills, engagement, and an understanding of economic principles.
