The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members.
• Conduct fault-finding and deliver swift, confident solutions.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
• Identify and resolve a variety of common vehicle issues on-site.
• Work independently to assess and repair vehicles efficiently.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
