Project Manager – High End Commercial Fit Out<br /> SoHo, London Up to £80,000 + Package Start Date: July 2026 We are working with a highly respected main contractor that has recently secured a prestigious £40m luxury CAT B fit-out project in the heart of SoHo.

This landmark development combines high-end hospitality, premium commercial space and exceptional interior finishes, creating one of the most exciting projects currently underway in Central London.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading site operations, managing delivery teams and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and programme.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys being close to the project, working collaboratively with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and leading from the front. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and supporting a team of Site Managers and Site Supervisors.<br />Coordinating and driving subcontractor performance across multiple work packages.<br />Maintaining programme, quality and health &amp; safety standards.<br />Working closely with the Senior Project Manager to achieve key project milestones.<br />Leading site progress meetings and coordinating delivery activities.<br />Managing client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.<br />Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving challenges.<br />Ensuring changes and variations are effectively managed and communicated.<br />Driving a collaborative culture across the project team.<br />Delivering an exceptional finished product to a demanding client.

About You We're looking for a calm, organised and solutions-focused Project Manager who enjoys leading teams and building strong working relationships. You'll ideally have:

Proven experience delivering high-end fit-out, hospitality, luxury residential or premium commercial projects.<br />Experience managing multiple subcontractor packages on complex schemes.<br />Strong leadership and communication skills. A proactive and collaborative management style.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.<br />Excellent organisational and planning skills.<br />A genuine passion for quality and attention to detail.<br />Ambition to continue progressing your career within a growing business.Most importantly, we're looking for a modern Project Manager who leads through communication, coordination and respect rather than confrontation.
