Job Description

Business Support Officer - Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom  

Salary:  £25,989 - £26,824  per annum

Hours per week:  37 hours  

Interview date:  w/c Monday 25 May 2026

We are thrilled to be offering an opportunity within our Support and Safeguarding team & The Specialist Assessment & Family Time team to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our stakeholders.   

As a Business Support Officer in this team, you will have a strong administrative background and excellent working knowledge of MS Office.    

Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with professionals and families while working alongside the children's services teams. This collaborative aspect of the role may present challenges at times, but it's an essential part of making a meaningful impact.   

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of business support and financial functions. These include updating and maintaining spreadsheets, minute taking, answering telephones, using the liquid logic LCS database, typing, scanning and filing.
