The Role • Support and care for residents in their daily lives. • Assist residents with moving in and settling into their new home. • Liaise with and receive requests from family members. • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained within residents' living spaces. • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
