With strong investor backing, increasing customer adoption and significant market opportunity ahead, they are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape product development and support the next phase of scale.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage startup where product sits at the heart of the business.
Working closely with founders, engineering and AI teams, you'll play a critical role in understanding product performance, improving quality standards and helping shape the future direction of the platform. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, solving complex problems and ensuring product decisions are driven by customer insight, data and measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, taking ownership and helping build a business during a critical growth stage.
This is a full-time office-based role. The founders believe the best products are built through close collaboration, rapid iteration and shared accountability.
Responsibilities and Duties
Product Quality & Performance
- Define and maintain quality standards across key product areas.
- Develop and improve testing, evaluation and performance measurement frameworks.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Analyse customer interactions and usage data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate insights into product enhancements.
Product Operations
- Investigate issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain visibility across priorities, product initiatives and delivery timelines.
- Support efficient collaboration between product, engineering and customer-facing teams.
- Help establish scalable product processes and operational frameworks.
Product Ownership
- Gather and synthesise customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
- Define requirements, success criteria and product documentation.
- Own initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
- Support roadmap planning and prioritisation.
- Work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to influence product direction.
About You
- Previous experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role within a technology business.
- Experience working within a startup, scale-up, Series A or Series B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence working alongside engineering teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology as part of your daily workflow.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using customer insight and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Builder mentality with a desire to create systems, solve problems and take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Degree from a leading university, ideally Russell Group, Oxbridge or an equivalent top-tier institution, preferably within a STEM-related discipline.
