This hospital is a vital medical center for the Ostholstein region, specializing in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, serving approximately 50,000 patients annually. The Role

• Assume responsibility for the care of intensive and ventilated patients, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Perform comprehensive basic and specialized nursing care to aid in patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team of physicians and therapists for holistic patient care.
• Actively participate in the advancement of nursing processes and contribute to the in-house resuscitation service.
• Monitor patient conditions and intervene as necessary to maintain optimal health outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse.
• Ideally, specialized training in intensive care nursing or a strong interest in pursuing it.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly.
