Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidates will be senior-level enterprise Network Engineers who have worked in large corporate environments with complex, always-on network infrastructure. OT experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidates with strong BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, SD-WAN, routing & switching, firewall, VPN, and enterprise troubleshooting experience should be considered even without OT exposure.
Position Overview
Must have experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure for a large enterprise organization, with strong network infrastructure design and hands-on Cisco and SD-WAN experience.

We are seeking a Senior/Expert Network Engineer to support enterprise-level network infrastructure initiatives for a leading energy organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale LAN/WAN environments, with hands-on expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Prior OT (Operational Technology) networking experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong corporate enterprise networking experience in large organizations, 24/7 network environments, SD-WAN, and critical infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments.
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
Troubleshoot complex network outages, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
Conduct network fault investigations and identify root causes across enterprise environments.
Improve network resiliency, availability, performance, and scalability.
Support network segmentation, access controls, and security initiatives.
Monitor network performance and analyze traffic to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with network architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and other technical stakeholders.
Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
Participate in troubleshooting and support activities for 24/7 enterprise network environments.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a Network Engineer in a large corporate/enterprise environment.

VLANs
Routing & Switching
VPN Technologies
Network Segmentation
Experience administering routers, switches, firewalls, and network security technologies.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
Knowledge of firewall administration, access control, IDS/IPS, and network security.
Experience with Windows Server administration and patch management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior OT (Operational Technology) networking experience.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, refinery, energy, or critical infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting large-scale 24/7 corporate enterprise networks.
Experience with enterprise SD-WAN implementations and migrations.
Experience working with highly available and resilient network infrastructure.
