The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Take on the operational lead role, ensuring technical standards and daily planning are met.
• Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
• Implement quality assurance measures and inventory management, ensuring audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodybuilder.
• Willingness to undergo, or possession of, a specialist knowledge examination, or qualification as an operational manager (HWK).
• A strong commitment to our company values and an inclusive approach.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on trust and collaboration.
