The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Drive sales performance by developing and implementing data-based strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize deep understanding of the local market and therapeutic area to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Navigate payer access issues and stay informed on reimbursement dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, company policies, and FDA regulations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high scores on product knowledge exams and maintain annual certification.
• Strong self-starter mentality with a robust work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to travel domestically up to 30-40%.
