Application Support Engineer - Appian BPM - Rahway, NJ

We have an immediate opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Appian BPM applications. This position will resolve production incidents, support deployments, and deliver fixes across workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.

Strong hands-on Appian development and L2/L3 production support experience is required, along with SQL, API troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. A background in Agile or ITIL support environments and rotational production support is valuable.

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement in Rahway, NJ.
